HOW TO GET STREET LEGAL: Some states classify the ZAPINO Electric Scooter as a moped; other jurisdictions consider it a motor-driven cycle. Check with your local DMV or police station to get information about the laws governing your area. Typically, because the top speed of the Zapino is not above 30mph, vehicle registration (getting a tag, providing a VIN #) is NOT required.
