Shopping Cart: The Shopping Cart is where your selections appear after you click "Add to Cart" for any item. You may add multiple items to the same cart. You may remove an item from the cart if you change your mind.

Checking Out: Once you are sure you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, click on the "Check Out" button in the shopping cart. Then you will see a screen where information can be entered so that we know where the item(s) are to be shipped, and how you will pay for the item(s).

Paying for Your Purchase: You have the option of paying with a major credit card, or PayPal. Though we do not accept payment by check, PayPal allows you to pay from your checking account, after you have verified it through their system. Your financial information is processed through secure servers following industry standards for online security. Purchasing online is considered by many identity theft prevention experts to be safer than writing a check at a local store, so we encourage you to shop at our site with confidence. Even though no online vendor can guarantee that there will never be a breach of security, we take every reasonable precaution to protect the personal and financial information provided by our customers.

Your Contact Information: Please provide current, working phone and email information so that we can contact you in the event of a question about your order. If you do not hear from us soon after you have placed your order, that probably means that we have been unable to reach you using the contact information you provided.


ONGOING HELP WITH RETURNS, WARRANTIES, REPAIRS AND PARTS: It's our philosophy that once you are our customer, we will be available to you for any questions or problems that arise about the item you purchased from our store. We will stay with a situation until it is resolved in a reasonable manner. Here are some details about our policies with regard to questions and problems that sometimes arise:

Return/Refund Policy: If you change your mind about your purchase after your order has been processed internally, we will be happy to arrange for return of the vehicle(s) and a partial refund of your purchase price -- but we have to ask you to pay shipping charges for getting your order to you and back to the warehouse again, plus a restocking fee IF the manufacturer charges for this.

The amount you receive as a refund will be the total you originally paid MINUS charges for shipping (both ways) and possibly restocking. Your refund will be transacted AFTER we confirm that the warehouse has received the returned item(s).

It is a good idea to save the original packaging that was used for shipping your vehicle, in case a return is necessary.

Warranty and Repair Issues: If there are problems with your vehicle, we will make every effort to work with you and with the manufacturer to successfully resolve any repair issues that may arise. If repair is not possible, we will arrange for replacement or refund, as long as the warranty period is still in effect. You must have prior authorization before shipping any item back to us. No refunds will be issued for items shipped without prior authorization.

After the warranty has expired, you will be responsible for repair of the vehicle. Please refer to our Warranty Policies page for more information the manufacturer's warranty for your particular vehicle.
